How is my package delivered?
All packages are delivered either via Delhivery or via Shiprocket.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
We offer COD throughout India. However, we limit COD orders to ₹15,000. We contact you to confirm your COD order. If we do not obtain a prompt confirmation, then we will cancel your order.
How much will I pay for shipping?
If your order total is ₹2,500 or above, shipping is free. However, for any order totalling below ₹2,500, we levy a standard shipping fee of ₹250.
How long until I receive my items?
Order processing usually takes 2 to 3 days. We send you an email when your order has been processed. This email also contains your order tracking link. After our courier partner has picked up your order, the order tracking link also shows the Estimated Date of Delivery.
If I buy several items, will they be delivered together?
If you order more than one item, we do our best to send everything together. However, sometimes, your order may be shipped in multiple boxes. We share waybill and tracking information for every box shipped.
Do you offer in-store pickups?
Yes, we do. During checkout, under Delivery, please select "Pickup in store". We notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. We usually ready the order within 24 hours. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
